SNAPFIT · THE SHAPE PUZZLE
Privacy Policy
Clear information for the SnapFit community.
Last updated: 27 October 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how SnapFit, an Android shape-puzzle game published at snapfitpuzzle.com, handles information. It describes the features intended for the game; actual processing depends on the version released and the services enabled by the publisher.
1. Information stored on your device
SnapFit stores gameplay information locally so it can remember progress and preferences. This may include levels, scores, completed levels, streaks, gem balance, unlocks, tutorial status, sound and music settings, motion preferences, contrast settings, piece-number preferences and colour palette preferences. Local data generally remains on your device until you clear the app data, uninstall the app, or the data is otherwise removed, subject to device backups and behaviour.
2. Optional Google sign-in and cloud saves
If Google sign-in is enabled and you choose to use it, Firebase Authentication processes information needed to authenticate your account. If cloud saves are configured and used, Firebase Cloud Firestore stores supported progression and statistics associated with your Firebase user identifier, such as level, score, completed-level statistics and streaks. The current project documentation indicates that purchase records, gem balances, individually purchased level unlocks and settings are not included in the cloud progress document. You can continue playing with local progress when cloud saving is unavailable or you are signed out. Signing out does not itself delete existing cloud data. Google’s privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy.
3. In-app purchases and gems
If purchases are enabled in your version, Google Play Billing processes in-app purchases and RevenueCat may provide product, transaction and entitlement management. These providers may process product identifiers, transaction records and app-user or technical identifiers needed to complete, validate or restore purchases. SnapFit does not directly collect your Google password or payment-card details; payment processing is handled by Google Play and its payment providers. Purchase availability and packages may vary by version. See the Google Privacy Policy and RevenueCat Privacy Policy.
4. Analytics, advertising and tracking
The SnapFit project files reviewed for this policy did not show an integrated advertising SDK or a dedicated analytics SDK. This policy therefore does not describe personalized advertising or analytics collected through such an SDK. This statement must be rechecked against the final production build and all enabled third-party services. If analytics, advertising or tracking technology is added, this policy and any required consent or store declarations should be updated before use.
5. Why information is used
Information is used to save and restore game progress, provide optional sign-in and cloud synchronization, make purchases available where supported, validate or restore purchase entitlements, operate and secure the game, maintain service reliability and respond to privacy or support requests.
6. Sharing and service providers
SnapFit does not sell personal information. Information may be processed as needed by Google Sign-In and Firebase for authentication and cloud saves, Google Play for distribution and billing, RevenueCat for purchase infrastructure, and hosting or infrastructure providers that operate the website or services. Providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect users, rights or service security.
7. Retention and deletion
Local data remains on your device until removed by you, the app or device settings, or normal app operation. Cloud progress, if created, may remain in Firebase while associated with your account and project configuration. Signing out does not delete cloud data. The project documentation reviewed indicates that a dedicated in-app account-deletion feature is not implemented. To request help with cloud-data deletion, contact the publisher using the developer contact details on the SnapFit Google Play listing. Deleting the app may not delete cloud data or records retained by payment providers. Google Play or other providers may retain transaction records for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or service purposes.
8. Children’s privacy
SnapFit is a puzzle game. The publisher does not knowingly intend to collect children’s personal information in ways that violate applicable law. Optional sign-in, cloud saves and support interactions may involve processing by the relevant services. Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided information inappropriately should contact the publisher using the developer contact details on the app’s store listing. The publisher should ensure the game’s target audience and store declarations accurately reflect its intended audience and actual data practices.
9. Security and international processing
SnapFit and its service providers rely on technical and organisational safeguards to protect information. No electronic storage or transmission method is completely secure. Google, RevenueCat and other providers may process information in countries outside your own, subject to applicable safeguards and law.
10. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of or restriction of personal information, and to object to or withdraw consent from certain processing. Contact the publisher using the developer contact details on the SnapFit Google Play listing to exercise applicable rights. You may also manage Google account permissions through your Google account settings. We may need to verify requests, and providers may retain records where legally required or needed to complete transactions.
11. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the game, its services or applicable legal requirements change. The current version will be published on this page with the updated date shown above.
12. Contact
For privacy questions or requests, contact the SnapFit app publisher using the developer contact details shown on the SnapFit Google Play Store listing. Website: snapfitpuzzle.com.
Publisher checklist: Before release, verify this policy against the final production build, Google Play Data safety declarations, Firebase Authentication and Firestore configuration and rules, RevenueCat configuration, and every service or SDK enabled in production. Add and monitor a dedicated privacy contact address in the store listing.
